Shipping Policy – Second Use B.V.

At Second Use B.V., we understand how important fast and reliable delivery is. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to your home as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping policy.

1. Shipping:

  • Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. This way you can quickly enjoy your purchase! An exception applies to some coffee machines. These will be shipped within 1-3 business days. This is indicated on the product in question.

2. Shipping partner – PostNL:

  • We work with PostNL to deliver your order safely and quickly to your home. PostNL offers reliable delivery within the Netherlands and ensures that your order arrives in good condition.

3. Delivery time:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally delivered the next working day, depending on PostNL’s delivery service. An exception applies to some coffee machines. In some cases, this can take 1-5 business days, depending on the region and how busy they are.

4. Shipping costs:

  • Second Use only delivers to the Netherlands. We use the following standard shipping rates:

    -€0,- to €99.99: €6.95 shipping costs
    -€100,- and more: Free shipping
    -Local pickup: Free

    Second Use B.V. is currently unable to deliver to countries other than the Netherlands.

5. Track & Trace:

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from PostNL. This allows you to easily track your package and know when it will be delivered.

6. Change delivery address:

  • Do you want to change the delivery address after you have placed the order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via klantenservice@seconduse.nl. We will try to implement the change before the package is shipped.

7. Not at home upon delivery:

  • If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave a message and the package will be delivered to a PostNL location, where you can pick it up.

8. Shipping to Belgium:

  • Second Use B.V. delivers in Belgium via www.seconduse.be.

9. Delayed deliveries:

  • Although we do our best to deliver your order quickly, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If this is the case, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you further.
